Fezza
Lead Instructor
John P. Fezza, MD, earned his undergraduate degree at Duke and his medical degree from New York Medical College, where he was president of AOA honors society. He completed an internship in general surgery, and residency in ophthalmology at Yale. He then completed his ASOPRS fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at Vanderbilt, and a second fellowship in cosmetic surgery. Dr. Fezza is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of ASOPRS. He was also the recipient of several awards, including the Baylis ASOPRS Award for contributions to the field of cosmetic surgery and the ASOPRS Research award. He is an author, principal investigator for FDA trials and an advisor to several companies.

Dawn Sagrillo brings over 30 years of clinical experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, with a deep focus on research, education, and clinical practice. She is the founder and Clinical Director of ReFresh Aesthetic Center®, which she established in 2011, and has been a national aesthetic educator and trainer since 2003.
A trailblazer in aesthetic nursing, Dawn played a key role in developing the national CANS certification exam and currently serves as an educator for TITAN Aesthetic Education. She is also the founder of ReFreshU, a platform dedicated to aesthetic education, training, and mentoring.
Dawn’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through her co-founding of Aesthetic MasterMinds® and the Wisconsin Aesthetic Provider Coalition. She is also the inventor of the U.S. patented BRIVO Boards, further demonstrating her commitment to innovation in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Dr. Kevin Robertson

Dr Kevin Robertson graduated from Duke University with degrees in psychology and art history, then returned to his home state to attend medical school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine. After graduating number one in his medical class, he completed a residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Illinois-Chicago Eye and Ear Infirmary, followed by a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at a prestigious private practice program in Atlanta. He returned to UW Hospital as director and assistant professor of Facial Plastic Surgery, where he authored multiple publications, mentored residents, established novel teaching programs, and emphasized compassionate patient care. He transitioned to private practice in 2003 and later expanded to locations in Middleton and Sun Prairie. He continues to serve as a clinical instructor for multiple UW Hospital surgical programs, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, and holds advisory positions for companies that commerce skin care, lasers, and injectables.

Tracey has spent 34 of her 40 years of nursing in the specialty of aesthetic medicine. The first 24 years with 2 plastic surgeons, where she established an injectable practice within the clinic space. The last 10 years focused on her own independent practice. In 2016 THMA Consulting Training and Mentoring Program was developed and currently subcontracts to 22 clinical trainers in 13 training facilities across Canada.
Tracey is the past president of the ISPAN and a founding member for the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses (CSASN). She chaired a task force that developed the Standards and Guidelines for Aesthetic Nurse Injectors recognized by the Canadian Nurse Association.

Brandice began her professional career in surgery and emergency medicine. In 2010, Brandice discovered an enthusiastic passion and a meticulous artful eye for non-surgical aesthetics. Building her business, Privé Medical Spa, from the ground up, Brandice was quickly recognized as an Allergan Top 100 Practice. In addition to her aesthetic expertise, Brandice is a much sought-after trainer, speaker, and consultant for Allergan Medical Institute. She is honored to be a part of a select few AMI faculty to lead large group in-field and on stage training programs including Accelerate, Elevate, Core Concepts for Lips, and Cadaver Anatomy across the country. Brandice is also faculty for the new AMI training centers. Recently, she was selected to be one of the first national trainers for Ariessence PDGF.
Michelle Doran

Michelle Dyment Doran is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She is the Co-founder and Clinical Director of RN Esthetics. In addition, she has the distinction of being a National trainer for Allergan Medical Aesthetics for both the Accelerate and Elevate programs. Ms. Doran serves as clinical faculty trainer for The Academy for Injection Anatomy, a prestigious cadaver course focused on anatomy and safe injection techniques.
Ms. Doran has trained and mentored her RN Esthetics providers. She is known for her aesthetic eye and artful consultation. She received her BS from The University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1996 and a MS from Boston College, graduating summa cum laude in 2001. Ms. Doran has advanced training in Injectables, cannula, laser and skincare and primarily focuses on injecting and teaching.
